Once you get to the Segovia-Guiomar train station, you need to take the urban bus number 11.

I always recommend using public transport to get to Segovia. But if you have decided to drive from Madrid to Segovia you will find 2 options:
- Driving on the A6 and AP61 is the fastest route, as it takes around one hour. But you will have to pay a toll of 7 €.
- Driving on the A6 and CL601. It takes about an hour and a half and you will have to cross several villages and a mountain pass.
One advantage of getting to Segovia by car is that you will be able to visit the Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso, declared a Monumental Historic Complex, which stands out for its garden areas. It is located about 20 minutes driving from Segovia.
Where to park in Segovia?
Parking your car in the Segovia city center can be a headache. The historic center is essentially pedestrianized and access is restricted to non-residents.
You can spend plenty of time searching for a free parking space but you will be wasting your day trip.
That is why I recommend using the Public Parking close to the Aqueduct. Although not the cheapest (it is pretty expensive indeed) it is probably the easiest and most efficient location to park your vehicle.
