The most convenient option in terms of quality and price is the Renfe-Avant trains, which are mid-distance high-speed vehicles that will allow you to get to Madrid from Segovia in less than half an hour.
The price of a single ticket from Segovia to Madrid Chamartin station on an Avant train by Renfe is around € 14. Children from 0 to 3 years old travel for free.
There are multiple daily departures starting at 7.00 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and at 8.30 during the weekends. The last train departs from Segovia at around 21.30.

- Driving on the A6 and CL601. It takes about an hour and a half and you will have to cross several villages and a mountain pass.
One benefit of driving to Madrid is that you will be able to admire the famous La Granja de San Ildefonso, one of the top 15 things to see in Segovia, which is located about 20 minutes from the city center. The spot was declared a Monumental Historic Complex and stands out for its garden areas.
